Pas de livret pour les exercices et tablatures,
malgré le descriptif qui indique le livret dans le coffret et l’inscription sur la boîte.
Donc impossible de faire les exercices, sinon de déchiffrer nous même les positions.
Pas mal pour débuter comme exercice...

Je corrige commentaire ci-dessus après recherches :
Le livret est à la racine du DVD en pdf, il faut lire le DVD dans sur un ordinateur, mais c'est écrit nul part.

This is one of the best instructional videos on bass, even if it happens to be funk. It may sound like this is a bygone era with exhausted ideas, but nothing can be farther from the truth. (If you like Paul Turner from Jamiroquai, you realize that he is incorporating a lot of this into his own style.) After you learned the basics, got tired of the limitations of slapping and popping and realized how awesome, groovy, juicy and fat and musical the funk-style bass is, you can not find better or more inspiring ideas to widen your horizon than Matt's on this video. There is no time wasted on parts and tuning the bass etc. He jumps right in, starting with simple quarter notes and pick up notes, then builds on more and more complex rhythmic and melodic variations. He uses "space" often; after all, it is not all about 16th machine gun notes all the time. Very soon you realize: "Now you are PLAYING funk..." It is quite an enjoyable and helpful experience.

The setup is simple: a main screen with Matt and a right lower corner insert with his right hand technic. No five different confusing views with drone shots: just the simplest of teaching methods. He covers a lot of grooves, but there is no time for you to practice against the soundtrack. Look at it like a great teacher giving you a quick but comprehensive rundown on the style, without the fluff. (The The DVD includes a TABs Booklet, but you may never need it.)

This is good for someone who is thinking about learning the many playing styles applied to learning what we associate with the bass role in popular funk music. It is not, in my opinion, an offering that will assist you in mastering any one of them rather just an overview to see what is on the menu if you will,
It is still worthy a watch but I would suspect that after a first viewing, one would move on to another resource for actually learning,
